Our PROgrams
Save Our Soles (SOS) is a bi-monthly initiative designed to provide gently used and new shoes to men, women, and children of all sizes in need. Shoes are essential for protecting our feet and maintaining good health, and through this program, we aim to help individuals in our community walk with comfort and confidence.
If you would like to donate shoes or volunteer your time to help distribute them, please reach out to us via email at LaTrice.Owens@reaptx.org.
Crowned Jewels is a mentorship program dedicated to inspiring and building confidence in girls ages 6-18. We meet on a weekly basis to promote self-esteem, effective communication, and personal empowerment. Through these sessions, REAP helps girls develop the skills to communicate confidently with both adults and peers.
The program fosters a sense of sisterhood, creating a supportive community where the girls feel a deep sense of belonging and respect—for themselves and for others.
F. E. L. L. A. S. (Focus, Elevate, Listen, Learn, Accountability, Succeed) is a mentoring program aimed at boys and young men ages 6-18, regardless of race or socio-economic background. Our program is designed to help these young individuals grow from boys into men who are equipped to create positive change in their lives and communities. Through mentorship, we focus on fostering accountability, personal growth, and leadership, empowering them to succeed and make a meaningful impact.
Students Working And Giving (SWAG) is a service-learning project designed to give back to the community. Through SWAG, students participate in meaningful activities such as providing meals to elderly neighbors, launching an informational campaign on a health or prevention topic, and creating "We Care" kits for local homeless shelters. This program encourages students to develop a sense of responsibility, compassion, and a deeper connection to their community.
